About the Course

"Decision Making" is a foundation course designed to equip you with the tools and strategies to navigate key financial decisions for your farm business. First, you'll delve into the intricacies of debt and debt management, gaining the knowledge to evaluate and manage debt strategically, align it with your business goals, and maintain strong relationships with lenders while avoiding common financial pitfalls.  

You’ll then focus on effective cash flow management, teaching you how to develop and implement a cash flow strategy that enhances your business performance. You’ll move beyond basic monitoring to mastering the essential steps of operational budgeting and oversight.  

Finally, you’ll learn how to build an advisory dream team by identifying the key professionals who can support and propel your business forward. By the end of this course, you'll be equipped with practical decision-making skills that strengthen your farm's financial health and future success.
